While this is cool looking and very well done, there's a reason games like this don't live to see the light of day. Nintendo is relentless with stamping down anyone who uses their IP without their consent.
Also, you could find yourself in serious legal trouble, so I'm not sure it's worth it. At the end of the day, itch would rather immediately serve you and take the game down than deal with legal issues.
Games like this could also bring undue attention to other games who use IP that aren't really theirs. All around this is a bad idea, speaking from my near 12 years of indie game development.

I've just seen many pokemon games get nuked in small communities that no one has ever heard of. The point is Nintendo has a dedicated team of people who watch and monitor this stuff. Chances are they already know of it and are just waiting for the right time to strike - as I've seen in the past. They waited until that game was about to have it's first release to shut the whole project down. It's actually pretty savage if you think about it. lol
